Jesus Cares Every Detail of Your Life
I would like to share my testimony about God’s love and faithfulness during my husband Feliciano’s time in A&E and throughout his admission to the surgical ward.
On 23 Sep afternoon, I received a call from my son. He said Dad had severe pain in his abdomen. We rushed him into A&E. After hours of examination, doctors confirmed he needed to have a surgery the next day morning.
First of all, I am deeply grateful to God for the entire medical team—the doctors, nurses, and anaesthetists—who cared for Feliciano before and after his surgery with indescribable kindness and compassion.
I am also very grateful for the wonderful people in this church who stood with us in prayer. We have truly felt the love of every one of you, and Feliciano would also like to express his heartfelt gratitude to you all.
I would also like to thank Mandy, Glenda, and Fiona from the bottom of my heart for being there for me during these moments, and for every word, every piece of advice, and every gesture of kindness you have shown me.
I received every of your words of advice in a very special way. On one hand I was sure it was the love from God. On the other, I felt so warm and comforted that it felt like mother advising me, caring for me, and giving me the love that I needed so much.
Praise to God that He puts us together in church as a family. What the Bible says is so true:
26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it. 27 Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.
(1 Corinthians 12:26-27)
On 24 Sep, I came home from the hospital in the afternoon, and I went to bed to rest. At that moment, I had a spiritual vision. I saw the beautiful blue eyes of Jesus as He entered my room. He looked at me and said:
“I come only to tell you that I was in the operating theatre, just as you asked Me to be.”
I didn’t hear Jesus’ voice audibly when I saw Him entering my room. Instead, I heard a voice within my mind, accompanied by a deep conviction that it was truly Him.
Then, after seeing Jesus enter my room, the vision changed. Suddenly, I saw the entire operating theatre in the hospital. I saw Feliciano lying on the operating table, and I saw doctors around him performing the surgery. I saw Jesus standing in the operating theatre, watching over Feliciano and the entire operation.
I am certain that Jesus was not simply watching. I believe He was there, guiding the hands of the doctors and watching over every moment of the operation.
This extraordinary vision deeply touched my heart and reminded me once again that God is faithful. He hears our prayers, He sees our tears, and He is present even when we cannot see Him. He never leaves us nor forsakes us.
His Word reminds us that the Lord does not do anything without first revealing His heart and His purposes to His servants, the prophets.
7 Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.
(Amos 3:7)
Thank You, Lord, for Your love, Your mercy, and Your care over our lives.
And with all my heart, I want to encourage every one of you. The same Jesus who was with my husband in that operating theatre is with you now and always. Whatever you may be facing, whatever battle you may be going through, you are not alone. He is beside you, He is watching over you, and He is holding you in His hands.
We continue to place Feliciano completely in God’s hands, day by day, trusting Him for his full and complete recovery.
May the same peace, strength, and presence of God that has carried us through this season fill each of your hearts and homes.
In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.
(John 14:21)
